After your introductory session, we’ll help you decide which path—FEMM, Creighton, or hormone coaching—best fits your goals and needs. From there, you can schedule follow-up sessions for personalized education, charting support, and ongoing guidance.

Program length varies based on the service you choose and your individual goals. FEMM consists of three educational sessions and four chart reviews. The Creighton Method is designed for a year. It requires four follow-ups in the first two months, with a fifth one month later. Sessions six through eight are spaced three months apart, totaling one month of learning.

There are also options for utilizing a Health Savings Account.
